With your technical expertise and project management skills, you are a key player in delivering successful projects for stations, switchgear, and protection and control systems – and we look forward to doing this together with you.

You will work within our business area Compliance & Management where we enable a smooth transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expertise in quality, safety, and leadership. Responsibilities

  • Plan and drive projects from idea to finished product with a focus on quality, time, and budget.
  • Work closely with design, production, suppliers, and customers to ensure that technical solutions meet requirements.
  • Identify and manage risks, solve technical challenges, and ensure that the project adheres to standards.
  • Ensure that the right competencies, materials, and equipment are available for the project to be executed effectively.
  • Drive optimization of processes and working methods to increase efficiency and ensure success.

Qualifications We are looking for someone who is self-driven and solution-oriented with a strong technical interest. You have the ability to lead and motivate others. You are used to managing complex projects and creating results under both time pressure and changing conditions. In addition to your personal qualities, we want you to have:

  • Degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial economics, or electrical engineering).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in technical project management within the manufacturing industry, preferably with experience from production and processes.
  • You have several years of experience leading projects in electrical power.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, or similar), as well as knowledge of production, production processes, and quality assurance.
  • Completed training in Bas-U/P and ESA (at least non-electrical work)
  • Experience in AB04, ABT06, AMA, or project management training is a plus
  • You communicate fluently in Swedish and English

Practical information This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period, located at our office in Forskaren, Hagaplan 4, Stockholm. Travel may occur to our clients. Start date is according to agreement.
